Please help me identify what this is. I am out of insurance so doctor isn't an option right now

I have those for about a year, some times it becomes worse and these bumps become more dark almost purple-ish other times they become pink-is but they never disappear completely. The area isn't painful and it's not itchy, I can't even feel them. They portray from the skin just a little. Feel free to ask me for any additional info and thanks for looking at my issue

I have changed my opinion, these might be angiokeratomas and not molluscum contagiosum. Angiokeratomas can be benign but are also linked with some other disease so you should go in for evaluation.
What has caused you loss of insurance? Are you able to get on socially provided insurance in the meantime?
