Noypi. Dito sa Maynila medyo mahal gumawa ng serun HBV DNA, this is the more important parameter in Viral activity. Sa akin, mortal sin gumawa ng diagnosis and prognosis via internet without a complete history and PE. Sino ang gastro mo baka kilala ko. Anyway residente pa lang ako, studies in the Philippines, in Metro Manila 20 percent positive for HBsAG. As of now, I will just consider you a carrier and cannot be a blood donor. Bear in mind also that Hep B is considered a sexually transmitted disease, much more infectious than aids. If you want to persue this, email me na lang all your complete medical history and  workups.
