I've been gertting stinging on the left side of vagina inside. It seems to be coming from this area where I can see some red sore bumps. It hurts when having sex with the friction but is also stingy and itchy day to day. Are these warts? I'm really worried.

Do they usually sting or have a slight itch? seems to be more on that left side. I think I've heard of VP but will google. Thank you for replying!
