hi it does look like it could be the start of a herpes outbreak . i would book in at your clinic to get tested asap

yes hunnie very much so, particularly the flu like symptoms with the swollen lymph nodes. try not to panic though, and book yourself in for a swab, its best to get that done before sores heal etc as thats where the test is most accurate. let me know how you get on.

did you tell them you are having symptoms that resemble herpes? if it is herpes, your outbreak will be gone by then and they wont be able to test the sores

no i didnt i dont know why i didnt think about that i will have to call them again i made a call to my odgyn doctor hes out for 2 weeks and he wont be back until the 16th im going to see if i could see another doctor from that obgyn because i dont want to get a invalid test

If you can't get in sooner before the sores dry out or I reccomend going to an Urgent Care within the next 2 days or so, they will use the same technique and send it off to the lab just like your doctor.
