Please, I need to know if this looks like herpes. It came and went within a day. I am still red, but it no longer hurts. I did have some rough sex and became very dry during it about 4 days prior to this showing up.

Is there anyone that might be able to take a look? I would appreciate some feedback, my anxiety has me convinced that I am dying.

have you gone to go get that looked at? tested or swabbed?

No I noticed it, and by the end of the day it was just red. It barely hurt. I don't have any sores or anything now.

hey lisa, your symptoms don't really sound herpetic. also if this were to be a primary outbreak you would definitely have the typical blisters and pain accompanied by it. initial outbreaks last at least 2 weeks to fully heal so that's another thing in your favor. this very well could be irritation from the rough dry sex.

Hey guys, I saw a doctor, got my blood tested, and came up negative. I did test positive for yeast! I have a wretched yeast infection due to complications for type 2 diabetes! Listen, please, guys, if you have anything going on PLEASE get tested! I felt relieved to not have herpes, but now I am afraid of dying from diabetes, and that is way worse. Take care of yourselves please! Much love!
