Please help me please

the last 3 years i been suffering with chronic sinus i believe i got this from my allergies which i didnt knew i have until i went to a allergies specialist anyway i been through treatments for allergies the last 3 years also been through alot antibiotics for my sinus nothing never worked for allergies or sinus i have air purifier i have a vaporizer a humidifier i have all type allergies and sinus medications nothing work i did everything everything i can to control this or fix this because every day i get face eye stuffy nose glands pain and terrible ear pain all because of this sinus i think this will kill me 😦 my only hope is i think i need a surgery but i heard good and bad stories about all i m asking here is if anybody here ever have a sinus surgery and if it worked or no 😦 please please help me i cant take this pain every single day i m so sick of it

    Hi. Just a thought. have you tried Omega 3 capsules?

    I have sinusitis which flares up a couple of times a year due to allergies and leaves me feeling unwell for weeks at a time.

    I read that Omega 3 capsules may help so I started taking them every day, plus flushing my nasal passages twice a day with boiled water, bicarb and salt. I dont know if its a coincidence but after a week.my sinus symptoms disappeared this time.

      health shop, pharmacies or some supermarkets. you need a prescription from doctor

      Sorry I made a mistake in my reply above.You DON'T need a prescription from the doctor. This is a supplement and not a medication.

      do you have pain upon pressing on the sinuses? do you still have an infection going on?

      i dont know if i still have it whats chronic sinus mean ? i will have it for ever ? i just want to have a normal live without going through sinus pressure my whole face ear pain so bad glands pain and sometimes neck pain 😦 everyday thats why i think surgery can fix this ?

      chronic sinusitis is 2 or more of the following for 12 weeks or more: pain/pressure in the sinuses, trouble breathing through the nose, green or yellow discharge through the nose or back of the throat (post nasal drip), and a reduced sense of smell and taste.
