Please help me to get rid of my tension headache! I can’t cope anymore!!

Over a week had this pain all over my head and neck and shoulders, doctor told me to put hot water bottle on my neck. But it’s not getting any better. Feel really nauseous and tired the pain is also hurting my ears. 

What can I do next I can’t cope anymore?

    Hi I'd go back to your GP and say how bad it is I have terrible head pain but have had tests xxxx

    Hi again it may be a trapped nerve or maybe coming from your back but I think you need to see GP to find out what is going on xxxx
