Please help me to sleep nothing works

I need sleep. Ive tried everything, sleeping tablets, herbal products, meditation, hypnotherapy. NOTHING WORKS. I go to bed, the slightest thing disturbs me even wearing earplugs. Its having a huge effect on my relationship. I spend every night in the spare room as I do not want to keep him awake. I don't know what to do 😢😢

    Point is your are trying, forcing yourself, you try to influence it.. focus on yourself, focus on the dominant feeling when you are alone like that at night, where does the anxiety come from? what are you afraid of? whats the worst that could happen? Dont care about the relationship outside yourself, check the relationship inside

    i also have a video on it, but wont promote myself here come on! rather try following what i wrote, if it suits you

    What is in your room? like a tv, phone, something disturbing?

    Have you changed your mattress?

    When you're in the spare room, do you sleep?

    Have you seen a doctor and neurologist?

    Are you tired, functioning, napping?

    Do you exercise?
