do you have the same discharge? could be yeast infection do they wipe off

no they are like white heads, i popped one yesterday and some white gunk got out it was really painful but then i woke up this morning and i found it again at the same spot

How long have you noticed them? Are the spots itchy? Do you notice any redness or swelling? Do the spots smell? Are you sexually active?

due to busy lifestyle no I'm not sexually active in any way. They don't itch or cause any discomfort I just find them weird. Also no redness or swelling
