Please help me.. whats wrong with me

so a few months back my hymen i guess you could say swelled up and i had some sand size clumps in my vagina so i went to the doctor she gave me some medicine for a yeast infection and sent the swab out for testing. she also tested my urine for std ghoneria and chlymidia both cane back neg. well the medicine seemed to help but didnt fix the issue so i went to the va and she gave me some more of the same medicine. only this time it seemed to work. the swelling went down the discharge seemed to go away. well i had my period and a week or so after it was done the swelling and same discharge came back. no odor but feels like i am walking around with tampon in. so i called the clinic and they said it wasn't a yeast infection or BV. so the va is scheduling me for a pap smear but i am freaking out what could it be. the va took my blood to test for hep and hiv/aids but i havent heard anything from that and it has been several weeks since they sent it off so i feel if it was bad i would have heard by now.!it unconfortable to walk around like this but not itching really and just minor discomfort probably from being swollenimage
