Please help...my brother get relief

Problem: very very swollen painful testicles, had two sonograms-no hernia, no fluid, not twisted, not fluid, doc says inflammation maybe from infection been on several antibiotics w very little effect. Drs are at a loss, suggested to go to larger facility that may have answers.

Patient: 60 yr old male, has varicose from liver disease. Lots of issues due to liver condition.

    Sounds like epididymitis. Has he ever had a vasectomy as you can develop chronic pain which is incurable

      No vasectomy. He lives in east Texas. Been to at least 3 doctors and still no answers. Need something done.

    Check if you have any strictures or a big prostate, can cause chemical epididymitis doc won't tell u this , as for liver take choline to transfer fat deposit with vitamin E.... b12, b6, omega3 and ginseng... plus what I mention before can cause infection cause of urine backup...
