Please help my Mum! Chronic Laryngitis every 3 months for past 3 years!

Hi guys hope you are all well!

Around 10 years ago my mum got Laryngitis at the start of the year and again towards the end. For the next 6 years she had laryngitis twice a year without fail. For the last 3 years she now gets laryngitis every 3 months without fail, it has even got to the point where she knows exactly what date future bouts of laryngitis will come! Obviously this is extremely draining for her and is constantly having to take time off work when she gets it. she has been to the doctors who just said the standard drink more water, take flu tablets etc. About a year ago she paid to go private, they put a small camera up her nose and down her throat (she didn't have laryngitis at the time of the procedure) and they said her throat looks fine so theres nothing they can do. My mum has come to her wits end and it is effecting her mentally which is horrible to see. Please does anyone have any suggestions on what she can do to try and help? (She is 55 and living in UK) Thank You!!!!
