Ive been itching really bad to where my private has been bleeding from irritation. I also have this thing on me i don't know what it could be please help also I'm not sexually active.

If you're very itchy and the area is quite red, it suggests you might have thrush (candida). Are you treating yourself for this? It should help relieve the symptoms.
The fine grainy finger-like growths are just vestibular papillomas (Google). If they've been irritated by infection or repeated scratching then they will look quite prominent. Nothing to worry about.
