PLEASE HELP, new spots in genital area

Hi Ive just had my first cold sore outbreak on my bottom lip which was confirmed HSV1 after a swab. My blood was negative for both HSV1&2 from that same visit. But now Ive had itchy red spots for a few days down there that seem to look like nothing some days and really red and itchy/burning other days. Ive had this itching for months now and my GYN said that it seems like some type of dermatitis and to get it checked by a dermatologist but I haven't the time. Please tell me if this looks like HSV or some allergic reaction or if Ive cut myself from scratching too hard or shaving???? I feel so sick over thisimage
