Hi i have newly discovered i have internal hemorrhoids. A month ago my gf tried her toy on me and to my regret i might never be the same again. Its was hardly anything big and i stopped in after maybe 2 min as it was my first experience with this and wasn't for me.. 2 days later i started tingling around the anal area and itching since i thought it was a Fungal infection i didn't really worry but after weeks passed with no improvement i started taking a closer look after BM and noticed swollen balls around the area... 4 to be precise and it was attached to my anus so never understood how they could be internal hemorrhoids... After hours of research i went to my local gp and told him my hole experience and symptoms include pressure around the area and itching and feeling constantly like i need to go.. My doctor had a look all tho he couldn't see the hems i showed him a foto which he immediately said i have internal hems... He gave me suppositories and tabs for antifungal as well as antibiotics incase of stds since i have never been checked... My symptoms became a lot better with the pressure being much less and itching almost gone until i ran out of medication... Now my symptoms are back,1 week later all tho not as bad as before yet but i constantly feel like i need the bathroom and itching is driving me insane.... I constantly have pressure and cant imagine having to live the rest of my life in this discomfort.... I have since contacted my doctor again but his reply was a lot of people have this and its not life threatening so i should ride it out.. Im terrified that this will become my life and i have bm issues as i never know when i need to go as i always feel the need! Please help! Im in dire need of relief and have been using prep h but makes the itch worse for some reason.... I can only see them after bm and itching intensify during.. I am not constipated but worried as waiting to go will make this worse. I have no health insurance so doctors visits are limited

Sounds like you need to get your doctor to refer you colorectal surgeon. You have a condition called tenesmus. Your doctor needs to take this more seriously, or you'll need to find a doctor that does.

Thank you for your reply i honestly appreciate any help i can get! I jave email my doctor and asked for a referral! If i may add, regardless of the feeling of needing to go all the time, i still have active movements at least twice a day sometimes 3 times which is definitely more than usual... Could thos be because of my diet change and intake of fiber? I used to live on take aways and Coca-Cola and maybe had 1 glass off water a week with no problems but now i consume 8 glasses of water per day and no soft drinks.. Also eating fiber and granola etc to prevent constipation..... Should i return to my previous diet instead since i had no issues?

Not having someone dismiss my problem as minor all ready helps a lot! I have been taking lots of fiber and water thus having much more bowel movements.... Would this not irritate the hems even more? I used to go once a day but now with new diet twice or even 3 times per day... I never used to be constipated regardless of my diet...

Hi, ou could try essential oils, Cypress, Frankincense, Peppermint, Tea Tree, mix these 4 essential oils at a ratio of 2 drops of each to 4 teaspoons of a carrier oil like sweet almond oil or Jojoba Oil, other carrier oils are sunflower oil, coconut oil etc, so the combination is 8 drops of essential oil to 4 teaspoons of carrier oil, essential oils have many properties, there is lots of info online on there use for Haemorrhoids, DON'T use essential oils neat, they are powerful stuff, I use this combination and it works well, just massage it on the area, you get a warm relieving sensation.

There are various ointments Anusol Plus, PreaparationH, Tronolane etc. Recently I read on this forum about another ointment Mayinglong Musk which was being praised by some one. Please find its details on the google if at all it is worth trying. I got another medication 'Hemovel; 7 days Hemorrhoid treatment made by Stragen Pharma of Switzerland which I have got but not used it till I read comments from other users of this product. I have starting a discussion 2nd time to know the views of others about this 7 days treatment. Possibly my discussion could have been deleted my notification as no body has responded so far.
Anyway, it is always best to comply with what the Docs say.

It doesn’t seem like the anal play was the cause of the hems so don’t be discouraged about that. If your diet was take away and Coca Cola all the time before this and with no daily water intake it’s likely that the hems were caused by bad diet and were just irritated from the anal play as there’s a lot of people that have no issues with anal play at all. I definitely recommend a high fibre diet and up your intake of water to at least 1.5-2 litres a day. You will go more at the start but your body will get used to it. Going more frequently isn’t a bad thing anyway as long as it’s a healthy bowel movement. Your bum should feel better with treating it better by making that healthy diet change and like I said the anal play probably wasn’t the cause but possibly the irritation of it. Hope you feel better!
