Ive had genital warts since feburary that im getting treatment for but noticed these small bumps on my tongue today, I regularly check my mouth because of fear the warts will be there also but never saw anything until today. Ive always had bigger lumps at the back of my mouth (you can see from picture on both side of the back of my tongue but the smaller ones never.
Please help can anyone identify these?
No pain, no itch, no difference to the feel of my mouth just when i touch my tongue i feel little lumps. There no where else on my mouth literally just my tongue.
Please help!!

Hi indigo,
The very fine grainy lumps are called filiform papillae and the larger dome-shaped ones fungiform papillae. The filiform papillae are responsible for the rough surface texture and touch appreciation while the fungiform papillae play a role in taste perception. They both play a role in forming a bolus of food for swallowing.
In spite of the increasing popularity of oral sex, oral warts are quite uncommon and I cannot see any evidence of warts in your photos.

I agree with Adhari, but I do signs of oral thrush, you could get a oral gel for that plus 1 fluconazole tablet.
