Please help out I've had this scar/bump for over a year now

one day i had a harsh masturbation session and after that my penis swole up i freaked out and when the swelling went down after a while my penis had this scar on it. i avoided masturbating for a while but it didn't go away. it's painless , but sometimes(NOT ALL TIMES) when i masturbate my penis swells up and the swelling goes down after some hours. I'm very stressed out , i don't wanna go under the knife. please tell me what it could be. i did some research and it could be traumatic penile neuroma.imageimageimage
