Please help. Penis pain.

Hi there,

I hope this makes sense. Feel free to ask me questions.

I basically have pain from the enlarged vein all the way up to the centre of my penis head, almost a straight line (as the pictures show). It also hurts right below my penis head, almost where there is a small banjo string. It aches at times and is really affecting my happiness. The centre of the penis head/corona is slightly swollen, which I hope you can see in the pictures. It also feels like there is a lump underneath this area.I've seen a urologist who says there is nothing to worry about and also a plastic surgeon who said he cant operate ( as they didn't know the problem). Nothing has ever been done on the actual vein, such as an ultrasound etc. Could the blocked vein have caused a blood clot inside my penis head and caused a lump underneath? It's extremely frustrating as I know something isn't right and have done for ages. It hasn't been caused by sexual intercourse either. I hope this makes sense. Please help! Thanks.

    Hello Mark

First of all your penis look normal. I can see the vein and where you feel it is swollen. Now if you have been to doctors and they have told you there is nothing wrong. You should believe them.

Now I want to know if you saw a Urologist, Also I had to look at my penis to look at a few things. You do know that the penis has a lot of veins and arteries. Now being all men have a penises We are all made different. After looking at mine the little vein that you have my the head. I have one like that my my circumcision line. Now with the gland being swollen I thing that is just how your head was formed.

Now this not not mean that you are not have any pain. I asked if you saw a Urologist. Do you know what Prostatitis is. It is a infection of the prostate. You can get it at any age. And it can affect the veins in the penis to cause pain. I have had prostatitis sometimes and my penis goes numb. Now that is a odd feeling.

For your own knowing go and see a Urologist he can tell you most of the test what is going on and maybe he can help you. Don't stop doing anything because of this. If you want to have sex go a head. Take a few aspirins or Advil before to help with pain but I feel after you get into it. You will forget the pain and have some fun.

    Good luck....Ken

I thank you for your reply, but it's only made me more frustrated. If you had what I did, you wouldn't talk as simply as you did. You might as well be a urologist that I've seen before. Doctors don't have a clue. Giving me creams to solve this problem, which made my penis more irritated. Having to search on a computer to understand my symptoms. They didn't have a clue!
