could someone please tell me what think this is? not painful at all few red spots all over then two more predominent ones inner buttcheeck area. No other symptoms, and have had bad sex for over 5 months thanks

It looks like a lot of infected foiiculs or razor burn just in a bad spot because It is can get too moist

so likely not herpes related? if just that spot and no other symptoms?

It doesn't look like herpes to me it doesn't have the blister look more like a infected follicle to me.
