i made a post yesterday about my concerns. but my issue has got worse. its really sore when I pee and i keep finding blood in my underwear. I've been googling different causes such as genital crohns disease, irritation, infected ingrown hairs (as ive noticed hairs lodged in there) EVERYTHING. could this be anything other than herpes??? I was given medication yesterday (whilst i wait for my results) but it only seems to be getting worse. I havent eaten for 2 days because of this someone please help (not even my taco bell)

also if it is herpes, is it possible it could be hsv-1? image
