Please Help! Please tell me this isn’t herpes

I've had some itchiness over the past week or so with white cottage cheese discharge with no foul smell. I've had a bump/cut down there for about a week or so now. I shaved & had unprotected sex so I thought the irritation came from that. Now this week, it's an open sore that is very painful sometimes it's uncomfortable to sit. I now also have a swollen lymph node in my groin that appeared yesterday. I just got tested this morning but won't have results for another week which I am going to go crazy. Can someone tell me what else this could be if not herpes? please help

    hello

    could possibly be. did you do a swab or blood test? if blood, it may have been too soon for accurate result.

    This resembles Herpes, like another commenter mentioned, hopefully you got swabbed because it would be too soon for a blood test. Well wishes.
