Please help, quick question

Idk if I'm about to have an outbreak or not.. pretty much anytime I feel weird down there I feel like I'm break out like I have so much anxiety from it.. my question is theres this white stuff around my clitrois and it's pretty irritated.. would that be the start of an outbreak or shedding maybe? Please let me know.

    Well I also have that, but it's been going on for a month now. And I had protected sex with someone that has hsv2. And I have been waiting to get tested. Please keep me updated on what is going on with yours, and I'll do the same.

    if you have herpes, this STI often accompanies with tingling, itching and burning sensations. Also, you'll experience herpes sores on the affected area.       I haven't gotten any sores. Haven't had an outbreak in a while. Just worried. I feel like I always have a tingling feeling my doctor believes it's my anxiety about worrying about it so much maybe?

      yep, your thinking sometimes causes your disease, try to think positively. But ask your doctor for STIs check for sure
