So a couple of days ago i noticed a skin coloured/white lump on the head of my penis next the the urethra. I am 22 and never had sex. I also have phimosis (which i need to get checked out) my health anxiety is pretty bad at the moment so i keep thinking the worst. it occasionally hurts when urinating. I would like to know some peoples opinion on what it may be before i grow a pair and go to my gp lol. This is causing great anxiety and any help would be appreciated thank you x

    hello,

can you tell more about the white patch, is there puss? are there other patches? is there itching?

most important thing is that anxity is a viscious circle, at some point you have to let go of the anxiety because it only makes everything worse and calming down and making healthy changes in your life will only bring you closer to good health and healing.

you need to develop patience and develop good habits, day by day.

you should get checked by a professional.

there are lots of people with similar issues to you on this forum.

see a doctor asap, and follow good protocols.

    healthy whole food diet

    good sleep and low stress

wash with very gentle specialist products

consider natural supplements such as aloe vera juice every morning and tumeric very evening. possibly medicinal mushrooms such as reshi and lions mane.

dab any excess urine after urination etc

    get the phimosis sorted asap.

we can only speculate on here, balantis, lichen sclerosis, some yeast infection....

try find a good specialist to help,

take care and keep us posted with updates.

and dont forget all the positives healthy changes will make a big difference no matter the diagnosis. but such conditions may need patience and calming the nervous system as it can be a path of holistic change that takes time not just instant cures.

    best wishes

Hi the bottom line is that you need to have it checked with your doctor you have phimosis with colour changes this needs to be diagnosed is the foreskin discolored as well?

We all have anxiety but you feel so much better afterwards so don't worry about it just make the call.

thanks for the reply there is no other discolouration of the foreskin , the doctor said it was caused by friction and gave us some cream but for some reason i still dont believe him.

OK see how it goes what did they say about your phimosis? Is the cream a steroid cream and did they suggest stretching exercises it's important you are able to retract your foreskin to wash underneath and examine the area.

it's great you got over your anxiety about seeing the doctor it wasn't that bad I say. and you will gain confidence it's always worse thinking about it before you go. Your photo isn't that clear but it's important to get the phimosis sorted.

they have given me hydrocortisone cream to use, will this also help witb the phimosis , it says it is a steroid cream??

Yes it should help but you should also try some gentle stretching exercises it will take some time to improve if it doesn't go back to your doctor.

You probably have smegma under your foreskin if you use a little olive oil with a syringe it should soften it and you can rinse it away with the shower.
