Please help. STD????

i had unprotected sex last week and i went to go to the doctor to check for stds but they said it was too early to tell and to come back in three weeks to get tested. the outer layer of my vagina looks so weird!!!! the different colors are really worrying me also do all these little bumps look normal or should i be worried???? nothing is painful or itchy. i dont feel like i have any symptoms other, the only thing that i can think of to describe how it feels is that i can just feel my vagina. i dont know if im just over thinking, but i usually cant feel my vagina during the day but right now i can just feel it constantly please help
