Hi, do you have any other symptoms than itchiness? Discharge, unusual smell? Have you been using new products like soap?

These kind of irritations are frustrating because the lack of symptom do not indicate a clear cause.
It will be important to get swabbed by a doctor to rule out yeast, BV or trichonomasis.
Without any discharge, my best guest is allergies (allergic contact dermatitis). You can be allergic to a new product or become allergic to something you have been using for years. It's important to try to avoid any kind of irritant : pads, tampons, shampoo and conditionner, soap, tight clothing...
Use only plain water or safe soap like Cetophile and Dove sensitive bars. Make sure your detergent and toilet paper contain no perfume. You can use SafeSkin app to help look at the ingredient.
You can try to take lukewarm baking soda bath to help with the itching until you see the doctor. There's no harm in taking antihistaminic like Benadryl.

Also, Allergic contact dermatitis can take 2 to 4 weeks to heal.
