George, what you need to do is think clearly about what you have done to resolve this issue: so you say this issue has been present for a year: -
.
Believe me, I had a severe skin issue on my penis that became increasingly worse over a 3 year period, I first went to my GP, they gave me an ointment that helped a great deal, but, it was a Dermatologist that diagnosed what it was and put the right regime of treatment in place for me to deal with this.
.
It sounds very much like you need to talk to someone about how this, and perhaps about other things in your life that have impacted on you. Once you have seen the right person, AND you may have to see several Medical Professionals before you get the right medical help to deal with your penile skin issue, you will start to feel much better about your entire situation - ONLY, you have not got to that point yet ....
.
Once you have seen a medical professional and have the right course of treatment in place i can help you further with the experiences I had, and the whole range of things I needed to put in place to maintain healthy skin on my penis.
Talking to someone about your feelings is also an ESSENTIAL, you cannot deal with this yourself, so, again, do something about it to get help for this ......

Okay then George, to put it simply, many medical professionals are unhelpful.
I am going to concentrate on what you say here:
.
" after i been in paddington london sm hospital sexual department so they made again check there was 3 diferent doctors doing that and they say no any sexual isue there is balanitis and they advice me to go back to my gp going back to mu go he gave me e45 cream "
.
Last things first, e45 is not helpful for most skin conditions on the penis, for a doctor this shows a lack of through understanding of the specifics of what penile skin is, and things that CAN and CANNOT be applied to it when it is in distress as your penile skin is.
The Doctors at Paddington Hospital should have referred you to a Dermatologist who is a Specialist in Genital Skin Disorders.
The hydrocortisone you were given as an initial treatment should have been the best approach to dealing with the problem, ONLY, it has to be the correct strength, and, it most be applied correctly, and sufficiently often enough for healing to even START to BEGIN.
The common mistake that is made is that made is that for penile skin IT MUST BE AN OINTMENT, then the mistake users make is they expect to see improvement withing a matter of days. This is not often the case, what happens is people give up thinking nothing better is happening, when as I say, if it is of the correct strength, is applied correctly, AND sufficiently frequently enough - then the process of healing can begin.
It can take 3, 4, or even 5 months or more for any REAL difference to become obvious.
To get access to the right Dermatologist contact any major Sexual Health Service, or simply go along and ask - and that is you you would get to see by self-referral, or how you would get to see a Dermatologist who specialises in Genital Skin Disorders.
If you live in the London area there are several major Sexual Health Centres, some of these may even have a Dermatologist as part of the regular team at the centre and you may be able to either get an appointment with them, or even to see them on the same day ......

Hi George, I am so sorry to hear of your condition and the pain it is causing you, but you can never give up!
You must try another doctor or doctors. My mom was having problems and I think we went through 5 or 6 doctors until we found the one that knew what to do. I know it's a pain in the rear to have to do that, but it's worth it.
It would be great if you could find a good dermatologist, because they don't just do skin problems of the face, but every part of the body.
Please hang in there and see some other doctors.
Best wishes to you!!!

Hi george35513
We note from a recent post which you have made to our forum that you may be experiencing thoughts around self-harm. If we have misinterpreted your comments then we apologies for contacting you directly. But if you are having such thoughts then please note that you are not alone in this, and there are people out there that can help.
If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.
Their contact details are on our patient information leaflet here: https://patient.info/health/dealing-with-suicidal-thoughts, which also offers lots of other advice on how you can access the help you may need.
If you are having such thoughts then please do reach out to the team at the Samaritans (or the other people detailed in our leaflet) who will understand what you're going through and will be able to help.
Kindest regards
Patient
