please help this rash is making me really panic

so i have rashes like these on my thighs and on my upper arm and its really scaring me they go away and then they come back every few weeks

some just look red, some are like this really dark red small spots in them and or around them

they don't hurt nor are they raised but if i itch them, the skin that is unaffected ( like without the rash ) goes red and will go away in minutes

edit - i will also note that the rash itself is not itchy

and its only on the inner arm and inner thigh not outside

    Puzzling as they look like marks made by insects but they would itch. Any rash that goes and keeps coming back should be checked out by a doctor. Sometimes rashes can be an indication of something else going on.Do see your doctor.
