    Hi Phil

It is quite difficult to see clearly.

Have you asked a doctor about it?

What have you put on it?

Can you describe it a little for me? Is it blistered or just open and, does it recover and return or just never go away?

It never goes aways iv had this for at least 5 years now and i feel very depressed by it.

It extremely tight and red/sore. Skin appears to flake off now and again dont know why it doesnt seem to get better.

I have tryed many things such as tetracycline, metrogel, pimecrolimus cream.

does anyone body have any suggestions?

I have seen many dermatologists, most of which dont know what it actually is.

Some have suggested perioral dermatitis, rosacea etc

      Sorry, my browser kept crashing!

I don't know what you do with your beard if you are going to put a dressing on a lesion for about a fortnight or so.

Have you looked at   http://www.dermnetnz.org/  This is an excellent site for skin problems and it also offers other links
