PLEASE HELP! Tried vinegar test, still unsure if this is HPV

Hi, I am concerned about these soft/fleshy lumps near my urethra opening. They are tender to the touch, initially started as being itchy and sex is painful. There also seem to be "finger"-like projections inside my vulva.

For background, I am 25 years old and in a monogamous relationship, but stopped using condoms about 1 month ago. I received the 3 Gardasil vaccines 8 years ago. I am very concerned if this could still be HPV, or if it would be vestibular papillomatosis (VP) or just a yeast infection.

The attached photo was taken after applying a cotton ball soaked in pure 7% white wine vinegar for 5 minutes. Clearly it turned the whole area a lighter white color, but I'm unsure if this is indicative of HPV or if I did the acetovinegar test incorrectly (for example, maybe I should have used a less concentrated acetic acid solution?)

Any expertise/info is appreciated. Thank you!
