PLEASE HELP UTI SYMPTOMS FOR MONTHS

i dont have any sores or anything abnormal on vagina . SOmetimes my vagina burns and feels like i have to pee again after peeing but once i drink alot of water , the pain is completely gone and i feel normal . I had a negative blood test for HSV 1&2 . im thinking its a uti but i took uti pills and the feeling came back 2 weeks later. no discharge or pain during sex either.

been going on since april . i was treated for bv and yeast which clear up burning but still have uti symptoms.
