PLEASE HELP!!!! very worried about penis

Hi guys,

so basically I've had this smooth bump on my penis head for about 7-8 months now. It seems like it is not going to go away, and it also hasn't changed at all in size or colour or anything. It is not raised like a wart or ulcer. it is just like a bump under my skin on the penis gland.

I am honestly losing sleep over this. I'm to embarrassed to show my penis to a doctor and just want it to go away but its just worrying me sooooo much.

i am also 22 years old with no history of unprotected sex. I do sometimes have a burning/stinging sensation in my penis with and without urination.

PLEASE if anyone knows what it could be please help!!!!!!!!!!.

I really can't see anything wrong. I think you are worrying unnecessarily.

can you not see the bump on the left side of the gland? i know its hard to see because its just the same skin colour and only a bump that cannot be felt.

Hi John :-) You write that you've never had unprotected sex, which is good. There doesn't seem to be much to worry about in these photos, but then again not everything can be judged by photos. If you really worry, then you should talk to your doctor, but when that said your penis looks healthy to me, without me being medically skilled. Our skin isn't smooth all the way. There are bumbs here and there on all of us, without it being for a particular reason. The burning sensation that you're talking about does this apprear after showering? I've got sensitive skin and if I ever get soap inside my urethra during showering then it itches like mad if I pee or cum afterwards... That's why I need to avoid that. Could this be it?

The burning sensation is not from soap because I get it from time to time without any use of soap . This bump is just strange to me because it suddenly appeared and is just a smooth lump that i can’t remove . Causing me a lot of anxiety
