please help what are these lumpy bits

I hope someone can help me. I unfortunately have to wait to see my doctor due to the (covid19) but I have been having abnormal periods since February 2020. previous to this always a normal cycle 28 days.

I have had a lot of cystitis over the last few months too which led me to coming across these lumps in my vagina they look like skin tags but they are not going away. I am self conscious about myself as it is but this is worrying me. I know there is no such thing as normal but please can anyone tell me if this looks normal. I am sorry in advance 😔 image
