Ive had vaginal redness with little to no discharge for a while now. When I visited my gyno, she tested me and all my swabs came back negative. Im currently taking Dalacin and I have seen no improvement. What could be going on and what the hell is this redness? !

hey, will keep on eye on this post as I have similar, if not the same symptoms. I need to be seen in person by a doctor but with covid this has been very difficult.
