Please help , what is this ? Is it just a bad yeast infection? To much sex ?

im 16 years old and i have sex alot but i get yeast infections really easy , like when having sex with a new partner or having sex for the first time in a while , idk if thats normal but anyways , i rarely ever use condoms which i know is bad , but ive had a yeasty for a while now and ive kinda left it untreated ... ive been using some old miconazole 7 to deal with the pain , anywasy i recently had sex with a new guy and it was hurting really bad so we had to stop but then like two days later i notice these really painful sores on me and idk what it is someone please help i cant reach a doctor rn ive had about 5 sexual partners recently is it just a yeast infection or something more ? i also have alot of leaky discharge with i mildly yellow color image

    might be helpful to add i got mono two months ago and had some of the symtoms come back recently , i have a "cold" now and cant smell a thing

      image this is a picture of one of them a couple days ago , they are getting smaller but i notices more of them .. what do you think it is ?

    I don't see any sores. Looks like a typical yeast infection which should be treated completely and while you treat it you shouldn't have sex, especially without condoms. Otherwise it might be endless fight against the yeast.

    If you have a lot of partners, I would highly recommend to use condoms. Sooner or later it will end badly, it is like playing Russian roulette. Yeast infections is just the beginning of the hell. Take care!
