    It looks very painful. It may be the fungal infection Thrush. You should be able to buy a vaginal pessary and cream to get rid of this. Look for Canesten in your chemist/pharmacy. Place the pessary high in your vagina and use the cream externally until it finishes. If it doesnt clear in 2 weeks then try Canesten oral tablet ... there is only one tablet in the pack and that may help.

    If that doesnt help then its time to see a doctor or STI clinic,so that swabs can be taken.
