Please help...what's going on with my throat??

Hi,

I am 41 female, non smoker. I have been on a PPI for years for suspected GERDS. For the last month or so I have had a feeling such as hair stuck in my right side of my throat and back of mouth. I also get the sensation like little pieces of carrots or food particles float around this area from time to time. I am so scared its cancer. I also have burning mouth symptoms too. This I have had for years. The hair feeling only this past month. Can someone please help me. I am very stressed and worried.

    Just wanted to say i understand your worries. ive had constant heartburn everyday for over a month and drs put me on PPIs that helped so i came off them 2 days later had horrific heartburn so back on them. its making me worry its something serious the ppis help but im still getting weird sensations in my throat. im 37.
