Lichen sclerosus found by biopsy. Best dr found remission on skin. It still burns the same for me. She said to treat with possible vestibulvodynia. But how is that possible as I have red like erythema in the vestibule, after sex all red hot. Every day I feel irritability, tenderness of the vulva

It worsens with walking, in the morning better then worse and worse. Itching is small the worst burning.After sex it is sometimes swollen. I tighten my kegel muscles as advised by my physio and no results. I'm afraid I will have symptoms forever. It is impossible to live like this

I gave steroid a month dermovate and nothing. Maybe the itching stops but the burning continues.
