Please HELP, what's this bump? Pimple or STD?

last week onwards I'm having vaginal yeast infection,i used oral pills for five days and skipped last two days tablets.

Now I noticed a pimple like thing on top of my labia minora.

please help me, what's this, do I need to worry?

I had sex with my partner 20 days back both with and without protection. I took an emergency pill too.

During fungal infection,my vulva used to sting too badly,it got reduced due to tablets,but now the upper part(labia minora I guess, it's stinging slightly).

    clear up the yeast infection then see if everything settles down

    avoid sex or masturbating until its all clear as well

      that pimple disappeared,but that white thing on the creases of the sides of labia minora is not going away, will that clear up soon?

      it's stinging slightly,very slightly.

      give it at least a week if not longer maybe a month even

      it may not clear up you may need a second lot of medication

      my course 7 day tablets for fungal infection was completed.

      I have ketoconazole cream which the doctor have prescribed,should I use it. will it help to clear that white thing?
