Please help - white lumps on penis - picture included

Hi sorry for post these photos here.

I have had white lumps on my foreskin for a while now and also noticed now it is on the back of the head.

Now also have like a ring like nerve going around. Not sure how to explain it but check the pictures.

I have had a lot of unprotected sex before.

Judging by these pictures, please let me know what you think it is.

It can be yeast infection. Better check with your GP doctor.

did this happen in a pretty short time after encounter? any tingling ? sore throat? how long has this been going on?
