    Same boat mate.

Just a question, is it always this inflamed, or is it worse post sex/masturbation?

I've not managed to shift mine entirely, but have found that washing with just water after sex/masturbation keeps the redness to a bare minimum and its usually fine provided I keep decent hygiene until the next time.

So many things point to it being a skin condition, but I've is done the whole antifungal, antibacterial and steroid creams route with no joy. Not sure if it's some sort of internal inflammation, given it's aggravated by sex, could it possibly be a prostate issue? Or just simple irritation from the foreskin contacting the glans. Sorry I'm of no real help, but there's quite a few lads on here suffering with the same thing. It'd be great if you could keep this thread updated with progress.

i have been dealing with very similar issues to this for almost 2 years now! mine has eased slightly since the first year, not sure if it's a time thing or that I slowed down using and putting steroid creams on it. I do use antifungal soap and I think that helps. do you have any other issues other than the redness?

If it helps, I've had this since before Covid shots, so it at least can't be due to that for me.

just curious, have you had sex with your partner or new one (female) did they develop any symptoms. i feel like this is a male skin disorder brought on by trauma/infection and just doesnt present as such on tests?!

Hey mate, thought I'd answer this for you. My partner and I use condoms, but we have had them break on us and not realised, she's been fine though

thanks for the reply. same here , thankfully nothing passed on. seems to be a male issue more than anything. so far relating it to stress and some type of prostate aggravation that with time will heal. started some pelvic therapy that seems to be helping along the way. gabetin mixed with a muscle relaxer and valium has been helping also which was prescribed for 30 days. im on week 1.
