someone please help. i just noticed these today, they were not here yesterday and i have NO clue what to do or feel. im so scared its something serious. any help will do.
it itches and i guess i scratched in my sleep and theres some open wounds. i shaved my anal area recently and thought it was just a bad reaction from it but i have no clue anymore

Its very hard to see from all the hair but its highly unlikely this is due to scratching at night. Its also impossible that sores on your clitoral hood and pelvis are caused by shaving the anus. You can take more photos so we have a better shot of telling what it is or go see your PCP and get tested.
