PLEASE HELPPPP

I have two breaks in my skin near my vagina opening for about a month now. I was recently tested for HSV IGG at 6 weeks postexposuee with index value for Hsv 1-2 of <0.2 & at 11.5 weeks postexposure with index value for HSV 1-2 of <0.2. My doctors told me that since my index values for HSV aren't increasing, which they should if I had the virus, then I don't have it. I wanted to know is true ? if it's true then where did these breaks come from ?
