      That's not normal. Please go see your doctor if possible. She/he can do an exam and discuss the reasons for this

    Your photo is from a top angle, so it looks like your hymen, your vulva looks healthy. This pain you feel when having sex, when inserting it must be vaginismus, talk to your doctor...
