Please… is it possible for a fetus to fall out months after abortion

i had a surgical abortion at 6 weeks pregnant. it was very traumatic and not really what i wanted to do which is while im looking deeper into this. i had this procedure mid december and it is now early march. I went pee and when i wiped this was on the tissue. its made of flesh… has a red inside and has a distinct tail shape and what seems to be a thin cord sticking out. is it possible this could be the fetus??? pictures below of front and back someone please helpimageimage
