I've had this weird thing on the coronal sulcus area of my penis for about a year. there was a small blister and when it healed it left behind a dry area of skin that I touched too much. I finally stopped touching it and what was left is like a raised rubber dead skin like spot just below the head of my penis. if I touch it, it swells up more and develops a layer of dry skin over it. closest thing I can find is Sclerosing lymphangitis. any ideas?image

    no mate, can't figure out. have you tired a dermatologist or a sexual health clinic? if not do so.
