Please name this Disease anyone

I went to a hostpital a little girl about 8y/o was brought according to parents she was quite fine till a month earlier but since the past 15 days she could not eat or drink anything and had stopped talking and had almost lost control on her body when being interrogated by the doc. the child could not even speak her brains MRI showed everything was normal but EEG shows irregular brain functionality. when tried to give food or water through NG tube she directly started vomiting it. the doctor asked her to raise her arm but no good she could not even hold her fingers arounds doctor's pinky. I am just curious what that disease would be? as the Doctors themselve did not know what it was when I asked. any help please I may save her life by admitting her in a proper hospital

    It could be a collection. Have they checked for a blockage or twist in her stomach that would cause the vomiting? If that is the case the ng tube wouldn't help. It could be a problem with her ANS and if that is the case then only the symptoms can be treated. Look up some of the disorders under dysautonomia. I would also check fo things like lyme disease and autoimmune disorders.
