received oral on new years, 17 days later i had extreme pain while i was walking my dog in very cold weather. went home and looked at my penis and saw two black marks under the head and the surrounding area was moist. been to three doctors in the last month and they all said it doesnt appear to be herpes but none of them gave me a clear answer as to what it was. maybe chaffing or "discoloration" but the past month it has spread slightly and still feel pain, itching, and switches from hot to cold once in awhile. I was tested a few months before new years and had a clean bill of health. I got a blood test on the 19th of janurary and it all came back negative. I have been borderline hysterical at points and have palputations from anxiety and stress. i believe this is genital herpes cause by HSV 1 and think it might be just more mild and harder to diagnose because of this.

thank you for the reassurance kim, its just that its been painful and skin has been cracking and moist in the area at times. its been very confusing cause ive never experienced anything like this and the timing couldnt have been any worse. 17 days after i receive oral and before that time i had been without a partner for nearly two years. my head wont let me rest.

nothing there looks like herpes so i dont think thats the cause of the irritation and black spots but if its spreading u should go back see someone else so they can give u an answer as to wat it is thats causing it it looks like pigmentation to me the photo is not the clearest but clear enough to see that herpes is not the issue
