always consult your doctor before starting to take supplements on your own. They may help anxiety somewhat but they are not a cure. anxiety management requires attacking it from different angles. Keep going to your counseling appointment even when you start to feel better. it’s important to learn how to manage this but you need support. Changing the way we think will help to get rid of the negative thoughts. Also it’s very important to eat healthy meals and stay away from caffeine, sugar, junk foods in general. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. When you do get negative thoughts don’t freak out about it. That will make anxiety worse. Our thoughts in general can make it worse or better so just let the negative thoughts go in a calm way and get busy doing other things. Don’t focus on the anxiety focus on doing other things. Get some exercise even if it’s just walking because that releases the good hormones in the brain that relax you. You may have some good days and some not so good days but just take it one day at a time and stay positive.

don’t follow the negative thoughts. Millions of people deal with anxiety including myself and you don’t have to let it control you. You don’t have to let it win. Hope you start to feel better soon.

also when you’re feeling really anxious or panicky to get on YouTube and learn some proper breathing techniques for this. Proper breathing is the key to settling everything down. It keeps you in the present moment and not worried about the future. It’s a very important thing to learn.
