Please please help, over 2 weeks into first outbreak and can't find any info re pain

I'm over 2 weeks into my first outbreak and sores are healed and don't cause any bother. However, I have pain in my lower buttocks that is causing difficulty and itching on bum cheeks, vagina and all over my body.

I've had the pain in my lower buttocks for about 5-6 days and it doesn't seem to be getting better.

I can't find any info on what happens or how you feel during an outbreak other than the usual stuff about sores etc. I have no flu like symptoms and no swollen lymph nodes.

Please can someone let me know how long these symptoms go on for. I was hoping to be feeling like I could do some exercise soon but doesn't look like it 😢

Paracetamol for pain, drink plenty of water. Hot baths with Epsom salt. Lysine as a food supplement, avoid wheat foods and foods that are high in arginine. To reduce length of out break look for prescribed medications such as acyclovir, this can usually be ordered online.
