I am so scared of the vertigo experience i had the other day and i need some reassurance.
Ive had bouts of dizziness with slight vertigo in the past but this was on a different level when i woke up and got out of bed and moved my head back and to the side the whole room was moving all over fast i felt like i was being in an elevator lifted up and to the side as well.
i cant shrug this experience off all day and so scared to go bed at night in fear of waking up to this feeling again.
all tests done on me are normal.

ok I also have lingering head pressure from basically the same event that you had. I don’t know if you read my PM but I could barely stand it. Following up with a neurologist.
I believe 100% that if I had my anxiety and stress under control this would never have happened.
I know you’re scared but the comment from the other person was correct. do your best to stay calm about it because it will really decrease the chance of reoccurrence by a lot.

I am sorry to hear Jan hope all ok. I will read your PM I havent seen it yet.
I think it is a form of vertigo called BPPV from what I am reading.
Not sure how to cure this but do not really want to be going to more doctors/professionals. I was hoping it will go on its own or never come back

hey, check out ear crystals on Google. I get those and it sounds like what you could be experiencing too.

Thanks Danielle how do we cure this? I don't want to be going for more tests and stuff or appointments with professionals. Can this go away on its own?

I have this time to time since i am on antidepressants i feel like it is a side effect, it really is unpleasant. But haven't had it for a while now, you worrying that it will happen again will just put you in an anxiety loop. At the end of the day if it does happen again you will be fine it will simply pass and its not something that lasts a long it. If your inner ear tests came back positive it is possible just anxiety and the experience was so uncomfortable your mind made you think it is so much worse than it is. Has you anxiety been bad lately?

Vertigo is the worst thing in life much worse than anything else. i pray i never have it that bad ever again.
Anxiety is always bad really no worse now than it has been.
